personal favorites...at the moment(!), but, you name the flavor and I'll create the best cheesecake you've
ever eaten.
Bananas Foster
Banana and dark rum-flavored filling topped with Brennan's famous bananas foster recipe of flambeed bananas in
brown sugar, rum and banana liqueur.
Sweet Potato Marshmallow
The famous Southern pie never tasted this good. Sweet spices in a light, creamy sweet potato filling over a crunchy
oatmeal and pecans crust.
Layered Chocolate
Chocolate wafer crust with a three-layer chocolate cream cheese filling: dark chocolate on the bottom, lighter in the
middle, and lighter on top.
Tommy’s Tart Lemon Cheesecake
My best friend Thomas Bonk, golf writer extraordinaire (LA Times, Golf Digest), loves this one! Lemon-flavored cream
cheese with lemon curd topping and sprinkled with lemon zest.
White Chocolate Macadamiamania
Get nutty with this decadent creation that includes toasted macadamia bits in the vanilla wafer crust as well as in the
white chocolate filling, and is topped with sprinkles of the exotic nut. It’s crunchy, it’s creamy, and it’s really good.

This spirited cheesecake combines a
generous dose of a certain Tennessee
whiskey and semisweet chocolate over a crust
of crushed gingersnap cookies. The top is
dusted with cocoa and powdered sugar.
"Michael, oh my, the Black Jack Cheesecake
is sooooo delicious... Absolutely heaven for the
tastebuds!!! It made my day! For a short while I
could close my eyes and escape to a sidewalk
cafe in Vienna with that sensuous cheesecake
melting in my mouth! You are the best!!!"

You truly made my friend's weekend so much
"cheerier." She was totally surprised and called me
every time she ate some of the scrumptious
("strawberries and cream") cheese cake. She stated
that it could be that this was the very best cheesecake
she had ever eaten. Wow. She has eaten cheesecake
from all over the U.S. Must have been extremely good."
